- We offer FREE delivery anywhere in Australia for purchases on our website over the value of $70.
- For orders placed under $70, delivery charges apply of $10 for standard shipping with FedEx or Sendle.
- A minimum total order quantity of 3x face masks or buffs applies for ANY purchases made on our website.
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed on our website with under 3x units of face masks or buffs you will be notified or contacted by our team if your order is canceled.
- All orders are custom made-to-order and are shipped within a min. of 5 to 7 business days after order payment and processing occurs.
- Allow 14 business days to receive your goods. It will possibly be faster, however due to increased demand of our products at this time, delays can occur with order manufacturing lead times and also with freight companies due to sheer volumes of deliveries they are dealing with throughout Australia.
- If you haven't received your order within 14 business days please contact us by phone and/or email so we can track your order for an update on your delivery status and ETA.
- Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a large sale or promotion taking place.

- Due to the nature of this product being a face mask and infectious disease and hygiene issues, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To the extent permitted by law, no refunds will be provided for any products purchased over the website or by invoice for simply changing your mind.
- In cases where a faulty item was received photos of the fault can be emailed to email@example.com explaining the fault with receipt details this must be done within the first 3 business days of receiving the product.
- Images of the fault must accompany to support any faulty good claim.
- We aim to supply feedback within 5 business days of fault emails, however these must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued.
- Please be patience with us whilst we investigate any fault matter on your behalf.
