Masx Tech Delivery Policy:


Delivery Costs:

  • We offer FREE delivery anywhere in Australia for purchases on our website over the value of $70. 
  • For orders placed under $70, delivery charges apply of $10 for standard shipping with FedEx or Sendle. We may use other freight companies including Australia Post depending on the nature of your order and location.
  • A minimum total order quantity of 3x face masks or buffs applies for ANY purchases made on our website. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed on our website with under 3x units of face masks or buffs as all our face covers are custom made to order.
  • For sales inquiries on corporate and bulk orders please contact us on 1300 311 602 to discuss the unique needs of your business or email our sales manager;


Delivery Time Frames:

  • All orders are custom made-to-order and are shipped within a min. of 5 to 7 business days after order payment and processing occurs.
  • Allow 14 business days to receive your goods. It will possibly be faster, however due to increased demand of our products at this time, delays can occur with order manufacturing lead times and also with freight companies due to sheer volumes of deliveries they are dealing with throughout Australia.
  • If you haven't received your order within 14 business days please contact us by phone and/or email so we can track your order for an update on your delivery status and ETA.
  • For corporate orders additional manufacturing and shipping lead times may be required, our sales team will advise you on lead times for any corporate or bulk orders accordingly and keep you updated on delivery estimated arrivals as your order progresses through to delivery.


General Delivery Information

  • Shipping time may vary according to our freight companies time frames and zones and does not include order processing time. 
  • We ONLY deliver to customers within Australia. For international purchases outside of Australia please visit or email us and we will put you in touch with Masx's international sales manager.
  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9am - 5pm AEST.
  • Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a large sale or promotion taking place.
  • In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped so please ensure to supply your mobile number.
  • To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our customer service team.
